At Jones Family Insurance, we believe in protecting your ministry and your livelihood. At the core of who we are, we are Christ-Centered. We love authenticity (to know us is to love us along with all our quirkiness) and having fun, but our mission is a serious one.
Our goal is to plant seeds to grow strong relationships with those we serve so that you can grow to trust us with your life's work and continue to do what you've been called to do.
Our team lives and works right here in Central Indiana, proudly serving churches and individuals in Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, New Mexico, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
We are the Jones Family Insurance Company, and we are ready and excited to welcome YOU to our family, too!
Hey there! I'm Doug Jones Sr.
I’m not only an agent at Jones Family Insurance, but the founder as well. I started in the insurance industry 50+ years ago, and I am passionate about protecting your places of worship.
I enjoy the friendships I’ve created while being a part of this industry and always look forward to making more. Being able to make people laugh and smile from an otherwise ordinary business conversation is a highlight second only to making you feel your ministry is in loving, caring hands.
When I’m not at home working, you can find me spending time with my family and friends or out on the lake in Tennessee, which I’m blessed to say overlaps more times than not.
I look forward to working together towards a safer ministry and cultivating relationships that last. Amen!
Hi there, I'm Doug Jones Jr!
I've represented Jones Family Insurance for the past 37 years. I have had the rare privilege of being confident in this career choice since I was young. I watched my dad’s passion of relating to others while selling insurance when I was a little kid, and that influenced the direction for my own life. So, after studying at Olivet Nazarene University, where I met my bride, I joined my dad in the pursuit of serving others through providing insurance for life’s unexpected occurrences.
My son, Parks, and daughter, Hallie, are now an integral part of Jones Family Insurance, making it three generations of serving others.
On a daily basis, we protect churches and religious non-profit ministries. That's our specialty, and I believe we excel in this endeavor. Even though we serve organizations throughout the United States, our physical office is located in Danville, IN---home of the Mayberry Café (this is a throwback for you Andy Griffith fans).
In my spare time, you can find me at the lake with family and friends.
Hello! My name is Parks Jones and I’m an agent at Jones Family Insurance.
My number one priority, aside from protecting your ministry, is getting to build strong relationships with you wonderful people I get to talk to daily. I enjoy communication and human interaction, which I think is derived from many years as a competitive swimmer.
As an athlete it’s important to create a bond with your teammates and encourage them towards a mutual goal, which is my motivation as a protector of your organization. I want what’s best for your ministry, and we will work together toward that purpose.
I studied and competed at the University of Arizona in Tucson, but today, my hobbies include writing, watching baseball and college football, fly fishing, being on the lake, spending time with my wife, Darby, and of course, my friends and family.
I look forward to not only providing you with the protection you need but also forming a great friendship!
Hi, my name is Hallie Jones!
I am the customer service representative for all commercial lines as well as the office manager. I have been navigating this role for only a short while now.
However, I have plenty of years of experience in customer service in a wide range of settings. Being a manager at a local coffee shop, then a grocery store has given me the skills to provide excellent communication with our clients along with a friendly demeanor.
My professional career has taught me the importance of connection in all areas of life. I would love to build connections with as many clients as possible.
So, if you have a question and do not know who to call, I am a great place to start!

As the Personal Lines Specialist at Jones Family Insurance, I help our clients navigate their home, auto, and life insurance needs. Over my 20-year career with the agency, my favorite part of the job has always been building relationships with our client families and supporting them through life's transitions.
Insurance can feel complicated when you are busy, so my goal is always to make it simple and ensure your coverages truly fit your life.
I am deeply grounded in my faith, which provides wisdom and guidance for both my work and family life.
My husband and I have three adult and almost-adult children who bring us so much joy and pride!
Outside of the office, I love gardening, hiking, and caring for the horses on our mini-farm. Coram Deo!
